Note 2 – The rate for Home Equity is 4.5% above our current 6 month CD Rate. It will be based on a 10 year amortization with a due date of 5 years.
Note 3 – If you choose not to carry full coverage insurance, we will loan up to $4,000 with the interest rate increasing to 12% on 24 months and 13% on 36 months.
